Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
   Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class focuses on both sport and street application ground fighting. Both Gi (Uniform) and no Gi application of techniques will be studied heavily. Students will learn to use the techniques to defend themselves against a bigger/stronger opponent. Teaching each student to become reactive to all techniques through repetition and a series of cooperative drills will be the goal in this class. Ages 16 and up.

   Our Mixed Martial Arts class offers many forms of standup including Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Karate as well as takedowns, defenses, cage tactics, and more ground work. Sparring will be a part of every class. Students will be well rounded in every aspect of MMA
no matter where the fight takes you. Ages 16 and up.

   Our Karate program is based on the Isshin-Ryu style. Classes consist of Katas (formal exercises), self defense, break falls, weapons, as well as additional material from other styles such as joint locks and throws.

Cardio Kickboxing:
   Our Cardio Kickboxing class is 2nd to none. It consists of a 1 hour high intensity workout designed to maximize endurance, strength, and conditioning. Heavy bags, focus bags, jump ropes, kettle bells, battle ropes, hand weights, and resistance bands are among some of the tools our exercises will focus on to get you in the best shape of your life. It is our promise that no one will ever lose a fight whether it is for self defense or for sport because they ran out of energy before their opponent. If you are looking to get in great shape or just
lose some excess weight, this is the class for you. Ages 16 and up.

Kids MMA:
   Our kids MMA program will provide each child with not only the skills
to succeed in the Martial Arts but in all aspects of life. Each child will learn
to better their focus, discipline, confidence, and concentration. This
program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts and Karate
techniques, as well as overall fitness. Ages 6-15.

   Our Submissions class focuses on a wide range of methods for finishing your opponent. Both Gi (Uniform) and no Gi application of techniques will be studied in this class as well. Students will learn to use the techniques to submit their opponent in many ways from every position possible.

Women's Self Defense:
   Our Womens Self Defense program is designed to give women the awareness and confidence they need to successfully defend themselves should a situation ever call for it. Techniques will be taught for physical defenses against both standing and ground attacks from an assailant, as well as the psychological methods for talking your way out of danger.
